Avoiding Social Media Malpractice: When to Use Social, SEO, and/or PPC.

Social media "experts" (and boy are there a bunch of them) are great at talking about talking, but that could cost you your job if it doesn't translate into hard ROI. While many organizations are directing dollars to social media campaigns, few are measuring results, and those who do often find them disappointing.

If you are wondering how to make social media work —or whether it is a fit for you at all—join us on March 9, as Bill Leake, CEO of Apogee Results, Interactive, offers advice on how to invest your time and dollars profitably. You will learn how to measure social media results, when it makes more sense to choose other channels like SEO or PPC advertising, and when it makes sense to blend the channels.

"Strengthen Customer Relationships And Improve Your Growth Prospects”

They have a formal process for obtaining customer expectations, preferences and perceptions and they use that feedback to help drive strategic initiatives, service enhancements and process improvements. This webinar will discuss several types of customer feedback programs, what is required to make them successful, best practices associated with their design and execution and pitfalls to avoid. It will also cover how they can be leveraged to improve customer loyalty, referrals, retention, share-of-wallet and sales close rates.
